Selection of the item(s)
The tep.entrypointnorth.com web-shop is designed to make the registration to English proficiency test for pilots easier, faster and more comfortable. Our ’product’ is the examination itself, with a very important attribute: the date and time of the examination. The applicant may select the required exam date from the available terms, and by placing it into the virtual shopping cart can finalize the order and proceed to checkout. As a default, individual test takers will order one exam at a time.

Sending the order
If the selected exam date is correct and you wish to order it, just click on checkout. You may elect to continue the purchase as a registered customer, a new customer who wishes to register (recommended!) or checkout without registration. Please note, that even in case of guest checkout your name and address will be required for identification and invoicing. Your personal data will be used solely in connection with the examination you are about to order.

The price
Our price is the valid list price at the time of the order, which you will find next to the items. The prices are VAT inclusive (our service is free of VAT). The examination fee includes: 
- The test on an appointed day; 
- One copy of the certificate laminated; 
- Posting the certificate if requested to the address indicated in the Application Form.


Processing of the orders
Processing of the orders will take place within two workdays.

Amendment of erroneous entries
Erroneous entries maybe amended before clicking the ‘confirm order’ button.

Confirmation by the web-shop
We shall always send an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

Terms of payment
EPC TEP examination fee: 30 000 HUF / person. A candidate is only allowed to take an examination after the payment of the examination fee. Payment can be made:

  • by credit card, through a secured server, in the web-shop of Entry Point Central. Please follow the on-site instructions for registration, ordering and payment. After the approved payment an e-invoice will be sent via e-mail to the applicant.
  • in cash, to the cashier of EPC on the spot before the examination starts. The cashier will print the invoice to the applicant immediately. Please note, that EPC does not operate a POS terminal, therefore credit card payment is only available in the Company’s web-shop.
  • via bank transfer into the following account:

In case of a bank transfer the examination fee shall be paid at least 3 working days before the examination takes place. The test-taker shall bring or email a copy of the transfer (zsuzsanna.neltzneherczog@entrypointcentral.com) as proof of payment to the examination.

The examination fee is understood a net value required by the recipient account. It does not include any banking fees, and/or transfer charges. After the examination fee has arrived at the Entry Point Central bank account, the candidate will get an invoice as proof of paid services.

Please ensure your Bank quotes your name and ’EPC TEP examination fee’ as the payment reference. If the ultimate payer of the invoice is different from the applicant, this information should also be displayed on the remittance advice.

Delivery
Entry Point Central – as part of the service – will post the certificate if requested to the address indicated in the Application Form. Please see other options when filling in the Application Form.

Order modification, cancellation
Customer may cancel his/her order 72 hours prior to the date of the examination, or may apply for a different exam date in e-mail to Mrs. Zsuzsanna Neltzné Herczog (Zsuzsanna.NeltzneHerczog@entrypointcentral.com). If an already paid examination is permanently cancelled by the Customer, the Customer will be entitled to a cash refund in 30 (thirty) days after the cancellation. In such cases credit will issued to the same card by which the original payment was made. 3 000 (three thousand) HUF – 10% (ten percent) of the exam fee - shall be withheld as administration fee for prepaid but later cancelled orders.
